Correct. During the Coming Soon window, they are not visible on public portals. The only way to receive them is direct email delivery from a licensed real estate agent.

How early can I see Coming Soon listings?

In many cases, up to 21 days early. Sometimes less — it depends on the seller’s plan and timing.

Can I request areas outside Santa Clarita?

Yes. Tell Connor the cities/region you want. If the local board provides Coming Soon data, Connor can usually include it. Los Angeles County is easy and many other SoCal areas are possible too.

Is this spam? Do I have to use Connor as my agent?

No spam. You’ll only receive what you request, and you can stop anytime. And no — this isn’t a commitment. You can get the listings without hiring Connor.

What should I put in the request?

Minimum: name, email (required), phone (for quick clarification), and the cities/areas you want. Optional (helpful): price range, property type, attached vs detached, must-haves, and delivery schedule.
